SHIPPING PAYMENTS & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer worldwide shipping to our customers. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship to  Greece via Speedex and Worldwide with ELTA. For Greece shipping rate is free.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package online through delivery partners page.

For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times. Customers may be responsible for additional customs fees, taxes, or duties levied by their local authorities.

PAYMENTS

We accept several payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.

We currently accept credit and debit cards via "Stripe", including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal. In addition, we accept payment by bank deposit or pay on delivery with extra cost of 2.5€. Also, you can Split your purchase into 3  interest-free payments with Klarna.

If you choose to pay by bank deposit, please note that your order will be shipped once we receive payment in our bank account. To complete the bank deposit payment, please follow the instructions provided at checkout.

To ensure the security of your payment information, we use secure payment gateways that encrypt and protect your personal and financial information. Your payment information is never stored on our servers, and we do not have access to your full credit card number.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. If you experience any issues or have any questions about your payment, please contact our customer service team. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer free exchange within 15 days of the day on which the customer physically receives the product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain free.

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item.  We accept one free exchanges within 15 days of purchase(this apllies only for Greek shipments). For international shipments, please be informed that we accept only returns. The responsibility for covering the cost of returning the parcel lies with the customer and the the fee of paying on delivery is not refundable. The incurred charges for the shipment will be deducted from the refund or credited amount. 

 

If you need to initiate an exchange before your order is shipped, kindly contact our customer service team. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your exchange request will be processed prior to shipping. Therefore, we strongly advise ensuring that you select the correct item when placing your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number, you do not need to justify your decision for withdrawing, but any feedback will be highly appreciated by the Company. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund or exchange the item, depending on your preference.

Please note that shipping (5€), payment fees (2.5€) and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund for free.
